Week Beginning 26.06.17

Next week is Assessment Week.

In English and Maths, we will be finding out how far the pupils have progressed during this year.

We will be beginning a new topic, What Makes The World So Angry? We will be discovering all about volcanoes and earthquakes and the rocks that they produce.

With the weather being as good as it is, please make sure your child has their PE kit every day. If we get an opportunity to go outside more than once in the week we will take it to get out of our hot classroom.

There are only a few weeks left for you children to get their reading badges. Please listen to your child every night, sign their diary and hopefully they will get the next reading badge before the end of the year.

RE The Lord’s prayer

Today we went for a learning walk to the spiritual garden. Along the path we found lines from the Lord’s Prayer. We talked about what each line means. When we came back to the classroom we illustrated a line from the prayer.
